Transcript for "Making the switch to Uber for Business": Hello, everyone. Hope you're doing well at home or at the dealership wherever wherever you might be watching this webinar from. This is a webinar that we're gonna do called making the switch to Uber for business. So we often will work with a lot of clients that think about or do end up making the switch over to us from another rideshare provider. And, essentially, what we're gonna do is is cover what that might look like, and, we'll talk about some old ups that you might have in your head about it, that is preventing you from making the switch. Before we get into it, my name is Alex Dietzen, and I am on the auto team here at Uber. I have the Southern California and Arizona market. So LA, San Diego, everything in between, and then, the whole state of Arizona and and New Mexico territory. So, maybe you've met me before if you're in that area, but, we also have reps all over the country that, that cover everything else. And I've been here for about two years, so they let me do webinars now, which is great. We'll go to the, first slide here. During the webinar, we're gonna cover a couple different things. We're gonna be talking with a client of ours, Antonio Chavez from Simpson Irvine Chevrolet. Antonio has a lot of experience with, using other rideshare providers, and he ended up making the switch. So we're gonna have a talk with him about what that looks like for him and how that change happens. We're gonna look into what account setup looks like, putting in cost controls, and just kind of what day one's gonna look like if you do make the switch with us because there's a lot of things that we do to make it really easy, and I I think that's a common misconception. People don't realize how easy it's gonna be. And then, lastly, we're going to, take questions from the folks at home too. So if you have any questions, feel free to toss them in the chat. We'll do our best to get to them in real time and answer them. But if not, we will reach out to you after the fact, and we will... We'll get you anything that you need. We're gonna be having a fireside chat with Antonio Chavez, who is currently at Simpson Irvine Chevrolet, but he's worked at a lot of dealerships across the Greater LA area. And he's had experiences working with, competitor rideshare providers, and he's been using Uber. And at one dealership, he actually even made the switch from a competitor over to us. So he's gonna be talking about what that process looked like, some of the issues that he had with the other provider, and then ultimately what he noticed as, as the changes that that happened once he did make the switch over to us. So, yeah, we'll be kicking off right now with an interview with Antonio. Antonio, how's it going? Doing great. It's good to see you. Yeah, man. Thank you so much for joining us. Appreciate it. How's everything been with you? It's been great. It has been that busy, but it is what it is. It comes in, waves, but we we get it handled. We're in the October already, so we got a few more weeks left to the month end. So we'll knock it off the market. We we had to get the webinar done, relatively early in the month to, to avoid that for sure. Great, man. Well, again, thank you so much for joining us for the webinar. We're just gonna kinda go over your, you know, experience using us and a competitor and what the switch looked like over to us. But, yeah, to kick it off, do you want to talk a little bit just about your background in the auto industry and some things that you've done before, you've landed in your current role? Yeah. So I've been in the auto industry for about twenty seven years. You know, started grassroots as a as a technician, as a helper, and elevated up to where I'm at now as a service consultant. And and recently here at dealership I've been on for about ten years with the group. Nice. Nice. And, yeah, you... You've worked at a few different, dealers in in the LA area that have that have used us and and a competitor. Correct? So you've kinda had experience with a few different rideshare providers and and a bunch of different options for your guys' courtesy transport. Yeah. Most definitely. I was in a transition where we had shuttle buses, like, maybe two or three. And so that was a real challenge to move people around during that time. I say dealerships are busier now than they were before, and and I think now people need to be somewhere yesterday instead of in ten minutes. Right? Like, everybody... Like, last minute, you know, trying to get there. And the shuttle is providing that service, but once you're on the shuttle, you're on the shuttle. And if you're not, you have to wait for, like, an hour and a half for them to come back. Like, if they dropped off eight people in the morning within six miles. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Yes. You... You've you've kinda seen the evolution of of how things have gone. So it it was, you know, pretty much exclusively shuttle and loaner cars when you first started. And then Rideshare kinda came into the game and and changed changed all of that stuff essentially. Yeah. It did. For for the best actually because we were able to help every single person on their individual need, whether it's three blocks away or, you know, 10 miles away, 12 miles away. Right? We had a maximum when we started to stand in it because we saw the need. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Things change super... Especially during COVID when, that really kind of shot it into the stratosphere too because people couldn't really do their own shuttles, and that's when that's when the the big changes really started to happen. But, yeah, you... You've been a customer with us for a while now, yeah, at at a few different locations. So thanks again for your business. Could you tell us a little bit about how you guys are using us today, at the dealership and, like, how many rides you're doing per week or per month? Yeah. So currently, this past week, I just checked the activity the past five days. I did I did a search. It was about a 130 rides in five business days. And I was speaking to the cashier because the cashier do our rides for us. We greet the customer and we walk them over. We send them over to the cashier. The cashier do the rides... The rides to and from. And, she said that this past week, we have been busy as we were prior. And I said, hey. You're okay. You're a week with her. And so I went... Came back to my desk, and I I did the search, and then I counted a 130 rides in five days, and we weren't busy. So, yeah, that's, it says a lot. We we use Uber. We rely on Uber and their services. Okay. Awesome. Awesome. And do you do you guys use a lot of loaner cars? Do do you guys have quite a few of them, or is are you guys mostly relying on on Uber for pretty much all of the alternative transportation? Yeah. So for... We do rely on Uber on the daily bill. Once we open at 7AM to four hundred to six. Right? We do have our Yeah. Our... We only have about 45 to seven... Available, but a lot of them, they're out, you know, so we're in constant movement of those loaner cars. We also use enterprise as well, you know, so it just depends. But on a daily, it's all... We always use the services to be so flexible. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Because you can just go straight to the portal and book a ride instead of having to go through all of the paperwork, which can be which can be a huge hassle for it. Yeah. You can get a ride in about fifteen seconds, and it's and it's on its way when... You know, in those other cases, if it's not gonna be a super long appointment, it probably just makes sense just to just to book that for them really quick and not have to go through all that that back end hassle for you guys. Yeah. That's right. That's right. Cool, man. So I wanted to talk about this. At your last dealership that you were at, Hardin Buick GMC, you were using, a competitor of ours for the rideshare, and then you ended up making the switch over to us. And now you you still use this at your current dealership. Back when you were at the last location when you decided to start looking for a switch, What was it that made you wanna start shopping around to try different options out? I was used to this service with Uber and what the cost was was associated and then the the radius. So General Motors... I work for General Motors dealership. So General Motors gives us a radius of how we can, have coverage for our customers. When I got to the dealership, I noticed the radius was, like, half the size. Then I noticed when I opened the application, my eyes started hurting because of the color. Right? So that was kinda kinda annoying to me with the first thing. So, I started looking at the cost associated to the distances where we're at, and I noticed... And I heard from the other consultants and employees that the, the ride share service, their drivers were taking pickup. When they would say they would be two, three minutes away, they were almost double the double the time away or almost triple the time away. The parts weren't clean. You know, it's just... I was surprised that I was getting that feedback, but it was good for me to know. Right? Because the experience for the customer, if you give them a great experience check-in and then the experience completely fails when they're getting a ride share from the dealership to their home or destination, then we're working against a satisfying of customer's needs, and it was out of our control. So Oh. I thought, okay. I need to do it. I need to I need to look for something else instead of what they were using. Yeah. That that makes a lot of sense. And the ride share is supposed to be extremely straightforward. You know, you book the ride, they get in, they get dropped off. There really should never be any... Anything that holds it up besides that. But it sounds like some of the issues with it, it wasn't really just internal stuff for your team where it was maybe not as efficient as it should be. But it was actually something that was having an effect on the customers that you guys would would hear from and get feedback on. Yeah. That's a... Big experience. And the the the colors the colors too is a is a big one. That's why that's why you're wearing sunglasses. I read now what's hurting. Yeah. That's right. You're wearing a big pair of sunglasses, when I walked into your office, I remember. And that that explains why. Okay. Well, awesome. Thank you for for sharing some of the, the backstory there. And then I remember you and I ended up meeting. I kinda gave you a walk through of our platform, and then we... We'll get into it again. We talked about some of those, like, radius controls and stuff like that that we helped put in place for you. But when you were thinking about making the switch and, you know, we first initially met, did you have any worries or holdups about, you know, just what that change might look like for you and the team and and how it could maybe, you know, cause some disruptions. What were your kind of thoughts before deciding to do that? I think, just thinking about... Everybody uses Uber. Like, 95% of the people are familiar. They used it for Uber Eats, Uber Rideshare, or any other reason. Right? And I think the app, how it's laid out, the colors, user friendly, was gonna be easy for the consultants and the cashier that was there. I didn't think they were gonna have an issue switching over. I think just getting everybody on board and showing them initially how to use it on the business side I don't... Was gonna be a no problem. I just wanted the Uber service yesterday, right, instead of, you know, winning, but I did have a win just not too long, you know. And then we set it up and we were off to the business. Excuse me. And it was fine. People... Even if the soldants liked it, cashier liked it. You know? I didn't get any, feedback negative on the driver or ride experience when we switched over to when I left the store. Oh, wow. Okay. That's big. So so before you were... You had some customer complaints about, like, the the quality of the car, maybe even the the pickup times, and then you didn't you didn't hear any negative feedback once once you you guys did end up making the switch? Yeah. No. Not at all. They actually welcomed the, the switch. They talked good about the service, and they... Some of them were saying, I can't believe we started off with the other ride share company, and we should've started it first. You know, I wasn't there for that, but, you know, it was just a all better experience. You know, really. Awesome, man. Awesome. That's that's absolutely wonderful to hear. I did wanna get into the the actual switch eventually. And, I know I was there, and I was hanging out with you and the the rest of your team for for a couple hours. So I just kinda wanted you to walk through what it looked like, that first day when we did the implementation, and then, just maybe talk a little bit about what the process was like for your team to change and and kinda what that looked like internally for you guys. Yeah. I think, at at a dealership, levels at that time or I I would probably speak for all dealerships. When you come to see the service manager or the, assistant service manager, get them acclimated and get them going like you do with me. I was already familiar with it. And then we were just waiting for an adviser to be available. Like, hey. Excuse me. Give me five minutes. Right? So we will go over there, introduce yourself, and, you know, let them know to go to this website and and create a user and fill out their information and pin it to their, you know, taskbar, and they're off. You know? We jump to the next person because, you know, it... It's never a perfect time when you come into a store and try to set somebody up. So you just start grabbing your advisers, your cashiers once they become available. Right? And they they like it, you know, and they... They're happy, and then they're good to smile. Every single person you remember, like, you know who you met, they smiled at the beginning, at the end. Thank you very much. Oh my gosh. It was amazing. Right? You got all that. I remember the feedback you got every single person. So that's how how how it went. But it just... We just had to find that right time to where they're available, five, seven, eight minutes max, and we're done. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Well, that's that's great to hear. Yeah. But that's, it's funny. You you kinda sounded like like me on on a lot of calls I have because, people are worried that the implementation is gonna be, you know, kind of rough. Like, any any process change, people will get at least a little bit stressed out about. But, we always make sure to drive home that they don't even really have to set time aside for us in their schedule if we are gonna come in and do an on-site implementation. It's kind of like we're just fitting in with your normal schedule, and, you know, we help you get signed in as the admin on there. And then whenever I see one of the advisers' desks, free without a customer in front of them, we help them get signed in, and we have them accept the email invite, give them a really quick walk through. And it's it's very easy for them to learn it coming from another rideshare provider because it's it's very similar, in the same process. And then, then they bookmark it, and they're they're good to go. So, yeah, that's something that we really stress is, it's very easy to to make the switch, and we will make it, really seamless for for the whole team. Yeah. It was. It was, and that was it. It was good. They were happy after that. Awesome, man. Good to hear. Good to hear. So after you guys did make the switch, what's... I I know you said that that the customers, were giving you more positive feedback on the ride share. But we also put some other stuff in place where you guys had, like, cost controls and and, I believe we put some, like, safety restrictions on there too so that rides couldn't be booked outside of anything involving the dealership. So can you talk a little bit about that, about, like, the cost controls and how you think that has has helped out with, just essentially keeping the overall bill pretty low at the end of the month for you guys? Yeah. I think, one of the things, you really have to know your clientele what the average radius is. Right? Who you're providing service for? So in the mornings, people are committing and they're pretty pretty much close to the dealership, you know. So it's probably within six miles, seven miles maximum, I think. Eight miles was the max radius that we did in the morning that I remember at that store depending in the in the area. So, we would do... I think we set it up, if I'm not mistaken, I think eight miles at that time. Yeah. I think that's all I think that sounds right to me. Yeah. Yeah. I think that's eight miles. And currently, right now, right now, we're at... I think we're doing a 12 mile radius. Okay. Yeah. It's kind of a work. The manufacturer we work for, right, for General Motors, they they give us a credit for a certain amount of dollar amount, per ride per customer. So we can work with that so we can still get reimbursement from the factory for for that ride share. Right? So, so that helps. So it ends up being almost like a... Pretty close to a fifty fifty split on what the cost is, on the initial ride. So not bad, but you're also keeping the customer happy, maintaining that customer satisfaction when they leave the dealership and when they come back. So that's the important part. Yeah. Definitely. And, yeah, with that, reimbursement money that GM gives gives back to you guys, the $7.50 each way for the the single day appointments, do you do you find it to be a pretty easy process for you and your warranty admin to get that money back with the way that we can, you know, split up the ride so you you designate it as a warranty or non warranty one? Do you do you guys find it to be a pretty seamless process where you can where you can get all that money recouped at the end of the month? Yeah. One of the things that we we do pretty good here at this at this dealership or all three stores is that we added a labor operation to the DMS system when we check somebody in. So if it's warranty, we know it's warranty. We add a warranty line for the one way trip or two way trip. So we can keep track that way. We run our labor operation code report at the month... End of the month, and then we... Our warranty admin has access to that, and she submits it to the orders so we can have that conversion. Oh, okay. No. That's all about, like, sending up at the beginning. Yeah. Because that's how you can, maintain it and kinda, like, keep it organized. Yeah. Definitely. No. That... Yeah. That's a really good way to do it. So then, yeah. Then from there, you guys have kind of, like, a couple different options for how you wanna do it. Because after each ride, if you guys want the adviser or whoever they want, they can just download the receipt and then they can put it on the internal RO. Or if someone forgets to do it, which I know happens sometimes, you, the at... The warranty admin or even one of the advisers, they can go back and just, like, easily search through the warranty rides because they're all they're all tagged on there, and then they can just attach it at the very end. So it's it's kind of a process where it's almost tough to to miss one, essentially. Yeah. Because you you search by phone number, by name repair order is how we try to be organized with the repair order. So we weren't getting to look it up by the date, like, the date the customer came in. You can search by date, right, in the in the application of Uber app so you can find it that way by that date when they dropped off the car, and that's how you can say, oh, they got that ride that date. There it is. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Okay. Good. Well, I'm glad that that's that's an easy process for you guys. And then, just to backtrack a little bit because I know we were talking about the the mile radius on there. That's something that we really like to focus on because, you know, there's there's the cost of of the rides. That's that's one thing that obviously is the main the main component of the pricing there. It's just the upfront cost of the rides. But then with the cost controls that you can set, because, you know, you can you can set it up so your advisers are blocked at a certain price if you don't want them to book book it, and then you can have manager override. We can put the mile radius in place too. And then those are things that can be edited at any time. So if if you if you feel like you spent too much one month, I mean, we can make that change in five seconds and then start to, you know, start to see essentially, like, price savings right away from it. So besides besides that, do you... Yeah. Do you do you use any other features on the dashboard quite a bit that you find pretty handy? Since, so here at our store, when the cashiers do get busy, they gave us, access to the application. So I've done a couple rides for customers when they're busy. But for the most part, the three cashiers we have, they they do the rides for us, so... Which is great. Or sometimes they're... We get called in and then we just kinda help the customer by the way, find their previous ride and then send it to them for a different address. You know? But, yeah, it's pretty smooth. It's not, I don't use it on a daily, but I know how to use it. Right? So I go in there and navigate. Yeah. Good. It's it's it's there it's there for you personally when you when you need it then. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's available. Yeah. And I know how to use it in case, you know, somebody's... We're shorthanded or somebody can't do it, I'll do it right away. Yeah. Definitely. Okay. Awesome. And then kind of a one wrap up question here. For anyone that is on the fence about switching over to us as a rideshare provider, What would what would you tell them if they're on the fence and they're not sure if they wanna do it? I'll say a couple of things. I think one, yeah, couple of things. No. No. Honestly, one, don't worry about the surging rates. Don't worry about, oh, it's more expensive at this hour. Oh, it's less expensive. It's good. It is what it is. You see if your customer's going, pick them up you know, quickly, promptly, safely on a system, like, platform that is second to none, also safe for the user and and the the writer. Also, there is no other business or a ride share company that is gonna tailor your needs like Uber does in various ways. Right? Your customer service, the attention to detail on the user end of the platform, the support... You give support, your team give support. There there there is no reason why you should second guess not to sign up. Awesome. Well, thank you for saying all that. Appreciate it. But, yeah, we we try our best to be to be true partners to to anyone that we that we work with. You know, we like to make sure that, you know, not just the service director there, not just the fixed ops director, but, you know, even down to the adviser level, we want them to have someone that they can call directly if if there's an issue. You know, it's usually something small, like someone leaves their cell phone in a car or something like that. But, even for, you know, the bigger stuff, like, we want to be there if you if you guys are trying to put some cost controls in place and you guys want to, like, really hone in on your on your savings. So we wanna work with with our clients as much as possible on that to to have it set up the way that they want. So, yeah, I appreciate it. No problem. Yeah. That's great. Thank you for all the support and the knowledge you've given us, the tools that you've given us to to be successful, right, and and to satisfy our customers' needs when they do that. So that's really important to us. Yeah. Yeah. Well, you're welcome. And, yeah, thank you so much again for joining us, and doing doing the webinar. And, next time I'm out in LA, I'll I'll come, I'll come see the the crew over at Irvine Chevy. Yeah. I'll give you I'll give you a a tour of everybody here in the intro intro. Not a problem. Cool. Well, sounds good. Awesome, man. Well, thank you again. I appreciate it. We'll we'll talk to you soon. Alright, you got it. Thanks. So this is the Uber central page where all of your advisers, they'll have this bookmarked, and this is where they're gonna go every day to to book rides for customers. So, you know, you can just kinda see at first glance here. It's very straightforward and probably pretty similar to what the page looks like that your team uses right now. But there's some key differences that we'll get into. But the first first things first on there, you're gonna go ahead and put in the customer's name that's gonna be receiving the ride here. So I'll put in my information. That's my actual cell phone. So if you are a dealer that's, in the Southwest United States, get and you wanna come on board, you can call that number, and I'll and I'll answer, and we can we can start working together. You'll go ahead and put in the addresses here. So we're gonna use, Antonio's dealership as an example, Chevrolet of Irvine. And, here, I wanna show you an example of the price caps that we talked about, because you can have it set up a couple different ways. But how people usually like to do it is that they'll have the advisers blocked at, a a certain number that you choose, and then we can give distinct users like the admins or managers. We can have them be able to book whatever they want. So essentially a manager override feature. So you can see here, if if we wanna go, like, all the way to Culver City, show up in the store here. This is very far and it's a $115. So this ride is not able to be booked. And it'll say right there that the $30 spending limit is hit. So this ride is not able to be booked, but if you did wanna book it, we could have it so that the managers are able to do that on their end. But we'll go ahead and do, something a little something a little bit closer. I'll put in a a Walmart that's, closer to them. So we... We'll go ahead and put this in here. Same thing, like, you know, normally do, you put in the addresses. You can do that flexible ride as well where the customer will just get the link sent to them and they can click it whenever they're ready to go, so you don't have to time things perfectly for for when the customer's ready. And, great feature that we have here that, Antonio and I discussed that makes the warranty reimbursements, extremely straightforward for you guys is each ride, it it'll be mandatory to be marked as warranty or non warranty. So that way, when your admin is going through and looking at the rides, they'll be able to only look at the warranty ones, see which ones are eligible, And then from there, they can just print their receipt directly, and that's that's the only thing that you would need from us to to, submit it to the manufacturer for reimbursement there. So that'll be mandatory. Each one will have to have that on there. And then, you'll have the option to select a vehicle type. Another cool feature with the cost controls is that we can actually just limit the ride types. If you just wanna have the standard default cheapest Uber, even with wait and save defaulted, depending on the territory, we can do that for you as well. And then the last thing that does tie into that, a great safety feature just to ensure that the platform isn't being misused in any way, we can have it set up too so that a ride is blocked if neither of the addresses are your dealership's address. So if someone tried to book a ride from home to to Walmart on on the account, it would be it would be blocked. So we can make it so the dealership address has to be tied into there as well. And then lastly, at the very bottom, we'll make this a mandatory field too, repair order number, just to make sure that's tied onto there so everything is tidy with your guys' accounting too. So you just put in that, and then, that'll be mandatory before we book anything. And then lastly here, anything that's going on currently, if you have some customers that are on the way back, that's not a problem. You can keep tabs on that, and you can see where they are, see how close they are at the dealership. And then in the past activity section too, you can easily just click on any ride and download the receipt from from that section as well. So on day one, when you and the team start to use Uber for business, there's some things that change and there's there's some things that absolutely don't. One thing that is gonna change is that the advisers start to book rides from one dashboard. So everyone's gonna have their own login on there. So every ride, you'll you'll know exactly who it was that booked it because it's tied to their user login. So everyone will be booking from one page there. The customers will start to get, texts with all the information about the ride. Basically, what this looks like is them getting all the information about the vehicle and driver that's coming to pick them up that you would get, on your Uber app when you call one. But they get everything sent to them in a text message. They don't need to have the app at all to use it. They'll just have everything sent to them that way. And then, all your spending budget caps will be live in one place. And, this isn't something that you just do on your own. This is something that we will... We'll work with you to do, and we can change this at any time and and have it configured however it is that that you need. And then what doesn't change is, just your general check-in process with customers. They still come in. They get their appointments handled the same way, but, but instead when they're leaving and coming back, they're they're taking an Uber instead. You don't have to do anything differently with your shuttle or loaners. Some people like to use us completely instead of their shuttle. Some people like to use supplement. So it's not something that necessarily has to go away. We're not asking you to pull it out and switch it if you're not currently using rideshare. It's it's used as a supplement as well with, with some dealerships. And then, just your general customer's routine, not anything that's gonna change for them. Like I said a minute ago, they don't need to have the Uber app on their phone. They'll have everything sent to them, and it's, like, an extremely seamless process for them. If you are using a shuttle, here's just some stats that we can go over about about what using rideshare, either as a supplement or or replacing it would look like. Rideshare will cover what a shuttle doesn't. So for those way off route trips that, you know, ends up throwing off the shuttle schedule for the whole day, you can use us for those, and it's not gonna throw off your general and your your usual, route for them. And then same thing if it's off hours. I know a lot of dealerships don't have shuttles running on Saturdays or maybe they they get done early in the day. Rideshare is available twenty four hours a day. You can call on whenever as long as there's people on the road, and and those customers will still be able to get handled. And that, it's not gonna be customer sharing, sharing a vehicle too. So everyone will get their own Uber that that you call for them. Loaners, not really trying to do anything with, people's loaner departments. Those are gonna stay, and those are always gonna be there for the longer multi day repairs. So those will stay how they are. And then, right size your fleet on your own timeline. I know things are always changing with dealerships with the, you know, the OEM relationship and how many loaners are in place, or maybe it's a position... Or it's something that comes from up top of the dealership where they're they're decreasing or increasing the loaner fleet. So the ratio gets changed of how, you know, shuttle is used as opposed to loaners. But this can fit in there seamlessly at any time because the platform is free to have. You only pay for the rides that you book, and there's no monthly fees or subscription costs, anything like that. These are... This is gonna fit in there no matter what because there's not any overhead that you have, using it. And then, just some kinda cool facts too. Out of your side, we we did a webinar with them last time actually. They used to have a shuttle, and they said it was around thirty minute wait times, when they did have it several years ago. And, with Rideshare where they are in Riverside, California, it's only about a three minute wait on average. So a lot quicker for wait times for customers. That's gonna be a better experience and better CSI scores. And then, they also think it's about 50% less spent on, transportation, over at, Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos, who we did a customer story with that you can find on our on our landing page if you if you end up there. So if you are gonna make the switch over to us, and this is really whether it's from another rideshare provider or if you are just starting off with us from scratch coming over from shuttle. A lot of different things, kinda happen here, but it's all very it's all very easy, most importantly. So when you're ready to make the move, like I said, just a minute ago, there's not any sign up fees, and there's not monthly fees or or anything like that that we're gonna charge you. The platform is completely free to have. You just pay for the rides that you book, essentially like it is on on your personal Uber app on your phone. If you do come on with us, you're gonna have a go to contact that you can get in touch with anytime. If it's if it's a small issue, big issue, you just need a hand with, cost controls, anything like that, you're gonna have someone that you can call directly. And, they're also gonna be someone that is is local to you quite a bit because we, we're in different, territories across the The US and Canada. So, they'll probably be in your in your town a lot too if, you do need them to stop in person. And then lastly, with this implementation that we do, we just want you to know that we're not trying to come in and, like, have a big interruption in your day. Essentially, how we like to do it is we'll come in, usually takes no more than an hour or so. And what we do is, instead of having, you know, everyone on the team take time out of out of the day and, like, go away from customers and have a big, disruption, What we'll do is we'll just simply take a couple minutes with each adviser when they are not with the customer. We send them a quick email invite. We help them get signed in. We have them bookmark it, do a really quick training, and then they're good to go. So we do that with each adviser one by one until everyone has it and is ready to go. The only thing, that you have to do as a as a service manager there, we just have to really get, like, a credit card on file or a payment method, however you wanna do it. We'll handle all the stuff in the back end, like getting monthly billing approved. And then, you pretty much let us know when to show up, and, and that's that's really it. So it's a very light lift on your end. And then, also, whatever cost controls that you do wanna put into place, this is also something that you don't really have to do. You you can just let us know how you wanna have it set up. Say you want a cap rides at $30, and then you wanna have the ability to do a a manager override and book whatever you want. We'll set that up for you. And then if you wanna tweak that at any time, just send us a text or send us an email and let us know where you wanna send it to, and and we'll change that for you instantly. So, yeah, that's how we usually handle the implementations. A lot of times, we'll bring a pizza too when we're on-site. It's kind of like a small party for for about an hour at the dealership. And then, as soon as, we leave out of the door, you and the team are are good to go, and you can start using it, fully. So a couple key takeaways here. Just covered it, but we really wanted to drive home the fact that making the switch is really seamless for not just you as a manager there, but the entire team that's gonna be using it. It's gonna be extremely easy with the way that we can just come on-site and and make sure that everyone can sign in and is good to go. Day one for you and and the advisers looks very similar to how the last day did, except, maybe you have some better cost controls and, and some better better processes in place for it. But, very, very little, if not no learning curve for the team that's using the, the platform. And then, three, the price per ride isn't the isn't the whole picture on there. It's it's really about you having the proper cost controls in place, and, we'll work with you to have that set up however that you need. And then, you know, obviously, having the internal rules for the team for how how do you want them to use it too as big. And then, lastly on there, your shuttles and loaners, can stay. If if you still wanna keep a shuttle around and you wanna use that for some of the rides, that's not a problem. Because of this being a free platform to have, this can fit in anywhere no matter how, you know, the shuttles and loaners, change at the dealership. This can fit in anywhere for those scenarios that I think are always gonna exist where, for some reason, a customer can't get, either of those. So that'll that'll always be there. So, yeah, lastly, thank you so much to everybody that joined.
